Paul Mendoza founded MTR in 2017 to proudly serve the diesel community in the greater Chico area. He first started wrenching with his father at the age of 10, learning the trade from scrubbing parts to rebuilding motors. Today, he has over a decade of firsthand experience repairing diesel rigs, with an attention to detail that sets him apart from his competitors.

His current focus is rebuilding engines and diagnosing complex electrical issues.
